This has to be one of the great modern-day corporate lies and I suspect most companies spend more money and invest more time in installing a suite of office printers than they do in hiring for a specialist vacancy. In an interview of Radio 4's Today programme Tory MP Matthew Hancock has brought up the hot potato of firms hiring British workers over immigrants, calling it a 'moral duty'. As the UKIP threat grows expect to hear more on this one.
