Mostly I'm a boutique headhunter, but I also stray into Outplacement, Team Building, Psychometrics and Recruitment Training.
If only because of my network, I operate mostly in B2B Services, but as headhunting skills are entirely transferable, I have searched in pharma, chemicals, automotive, retail, engineering, IT and software - and the kitchen sink.
These days the skill's not in finding people, but engaging them in a recruitment process that's testing but still enjoyable. Candidates need to be spoken to in their language. Because of my background, I can do that. Perhaps I am part chameleon?
