The Candidate Experience
This has been a growing recruitment theme over the past couple of years - instigated by the more earnest of my colleagues in the corporate inhouse sector.

Essentially it's a call to arms to make the job application process for candidates less arduous and more transparent. This, all the while the same sector keeps looking for more automation tools and lower-salaried recruiters.

Which basically, is like giving Tom & Jerry some drums to play with and asking them to keep the noise down.
