London 'housing crisis' to affect growth
London First, a business membership organisation, has surveyed its members in partnership with London & Quadrant housing association. It found that 68% of respondents feel that a shortage of housing and high prices are affecting their ability to recruit and retain staff.

London’s population is expected to grow to 10 million by 2030 and growth in both rents and purchase prices is continuing to outstrip national trends. 70% feel that this threatens London’s future success.
