Accenture to recruit influential social media players
Accenture is to take social media influence into account when they recruit candidates, according to The Wall Street Journal:

If this is handled well then I think it makes sense. If people are genuinely influential in specific strategic areas that can only be useful.

The problem is that influential usually means controversial and that's not an easy thing for a corporate to encourage.
